Minimum experience	Post-graduate experience in an acute care setting required.
Pre-arrival certifications	No mandatory pre-arrival certifications for most acute care roles. Some facilities may require additional competencies — confirmed at time of placement.
Orientation period	The length and format of orientation can vary between facilities.
AHPRA registration	Required before starting work. We can provide guidance and support throughout the AHPRA process.
