Why we encourage nurses to consider regional placements.
We genuinely encourage our nurses to consider regional placements. The professional growth can be significant — you will carry greater use of your full nursing skills, knowledge and learning, work across broader clinical areas, and develop experience that pure metropolitan placements may not give you.
You will also discover parts of Australia that most visitors never get to see. The coastline is spectacular, but inland NSW has its own incredible landscapes, culture, and charm. Many of our nurses describe regional placements as one of the highlights of their time in Australia.
What regional contracts offer.
Everything below is discussed and agreed with you in full before any commitment is made.
